超罕见！3D MLC闪存的SSD：容量惊人[19P]

[align=left]威刚今天发布了新一代固态硬盘“[b]Ultimate SU900[/b]”，采用了[b]很少见到的3D MLC闪存，也就是3D立体封装的MLC[/b]，而目前最常见的3D立体闪存基本都是TLC。[/align]
[align=left]威刚Ultimate SU900采用2.5寸造型规格，厚度仅7毫米，容量[b]256GB、512GB、1TB、2TB[/b]，接口SATA 6Gbps，[b]主控慧荣SMI2258[/b]，最高持续读写560MB/s、525MB/s，最高随机读写85K IPOS、90K IOPS，同时写入一千个4MB图像文件只需26秒钟。[/align]
[align=left]该硬盘支持先进的[b]SLC缓存加速技术[/b]，并搭配DRAM缓存缓冲器，还有[b]LDPC低密度奇偶修正码、RAID修正技术[/b]，可将编程擦写次数提升2倍，延长寿命。[/align]
[align=left]威刚宣称，硬盘的总写入数据量可达800TB，平均故障间隔时间也有[b]200万小时[/b]，并支持RAID Engine阵列加速、Data Shaping数据管理、软硬件写入保护、区块体质筛选、损耗均衡等数据保护技术，还提供5年质保。[/align]
