燕皮是将猪瘦肉用木棒捶成肉茸,放入上等甘薯粉,制成薄如纸张的片状食品,又称肉燕皮。福州肉燕皮创于清末光绪年间。成品燕皮色白质香,平滑细润,脆嫩爽口,可切成丝状煮食,是福州特有的风味小吃。Y

分享注意;如一次吃不完,隔水蒸5分钟,凉凉,再入冷冻箱,只多少拿多少,如不蒸熟直接入冻箱,皮易开裂。

喜欢混沌,不过包的好没有技巧和花样啊,馅料到不错

自己做馄饨想想就好麻烦,不过为了吃还是值得的,如果不用买的皮而是自己弄,恐怕更没心情去做了

燕皮的制作是一个难点,而且要达到色白质香,平滑细润,脆嫩爽口的标准就更难了。
