材料:1斤左右的鲈鱼一条(也可以换成桂鱼),鸡蛋2个,葱,姜,盐,玉米淀粉适量,蛋清半个.

① 鲈鱼洗净,去头去尾留着备用.将鱼身一剖为二,去龙骨,将鱼肉剁成鱼泥.4d'~#bLBMvd

②在鱼泥中加入适量的盐,玉米淀粉及半个蛋清,拌匀后用手摔打至上劲.

③鸡蛋加少许盐调成蛋液,在不粘锅里煎成蛋皮(我直接在烤盘里烤的蛋皮).

⑤鱼头在前,鱼尾在后,如意鱼卷排中间.大火蒸五分钟,焖两分钟.
