总的说来这是一道快炒菜,事先把调味汁准备好很重要,省得临时往里面一样一样加调料,虾仁会变 老,口感就不好了,只要把调味弄好了,这道菜基本上就成功了,而且不得不说,虾仁的口感比鸡丁更加滑嫩鲜美,套用一句台式语言就是“很不错吃喔~” , 呵呵,配饭下酒两相宜。。。
