看起来不错,不过市面上卖的鳗鱼多半带小刺,这么直接切了炒容易伤喉

鳗鱼的前期需要怎么样的处理好吖?直接洗干净晾干水就可以了吗?步骤写的过于简单了,操作过程还不明了哦

鳗鱼小刺很多,要做好还真不容易,估计吃起来的时候也得很小心

这个菜不太好弄噢。原料不是很好找。不过看起来挺好吃的
