杂菜黄蟮碌
材料:黄蟮1斤,番茄,洋葱,青椒各1个,姜数片OceNc/I'`1K;p
1、黄蟮不去骨,用热水烫去外层的粘液,切段后用盐,酒,胡椒粉腌15分钟左右#h%_S[4@ lq
2、热锅爆姜片,放黄蟮炒至八成熟捞起待用4aCi*i.l6o6ksPM
3、锅内重新放油,依次放洋葱片,青椒段翻炒,略加盐调味

4、接着倒入刚才的蟮段翻炒,加少量水盖上锅盖炆一会,开盖加点生抽再翻炒,起锅前放入番茄片翻炒1分钟左右即可V+Y8V;\-dX}

喜欢吃黄鳝啊,这道菜我也会,不过做法有些不太一样,呵呵
