酱油一杯,银鱼高汤一杯,酱油一杯,清酒一杯(要是用白酒的话尽量要用度数低的,3分之1的量就可以了)酱油一杯,料酒一杯的顺序倒在装有河蟹的容器中,直到高出河蟹。要没过河蟹。(酱油一杯,银鱼高汤一杯,酱油一杯,清酒一杯,酱油一杯,料酒一杯)
