接下来就介绍它的做法,首先准备原料:饭(最好是冷饭或隔夜饭)200克左右,鸡蛋1~2个,脱水胡萝卜粒和调味野沢菜,油、盐少许,(味精就不需要了,因为有了鸡蛋,鸡蛋本身就很鲜美,另外调味野沢菜里面也是含有盐分和味精的,所以就不需要再浪费味精了)。%rQ1a0v:@#y
