葱姜油淋土鸡
土鸡肉虽然没有肉鸡的细嫩,但鸡味十足,另人想起小时候家里饲养的走地鸡风味。。。v,]2Q%d9`t^)m~

材料 :土鸡半只,葱/姜丝,辣椒片,料酒,盐,白胡椒粉,味精,清油。a9?@

煮鸡汤汁 :水小半锅(足够淹过鸡)加姜片/葱段/料酒烧滚。ZU6k^|L

做法 :将鸡放入煮鸡汤汁里,在烧开后转小火煮10分钟熄火上盖浸泡10分钟。取出鸡,稍凉后起肉撕条状,摆盘。取半饭碗鸡汤,加盐/白胡椒粉/味精拌均,淋于鸡肉上。将葱丝/姜丝/辣椒片铺鸡肉上,淋上4大匙滚油即可。(H.}S)[3mt_Q
