猪红粥/韮菜粿

原料: 猪红切片,米,姜丝,葱花,盐,糖,味精,胡椒粉.油条,老干妈辣酱.

制作:米洗干净.起锅煮水滚放米大滚然后开小火慢炇成稀粥(煮到不见米,米水合一),下盐,糖,味精,放猪红滚约三分钟后熄火,吃时加些姜丝,洒些葱花,胡椒粉拌油条.喜吃辣者可加些老干妈辣酱.!e*?*yy| E/hP*e1i
