5、锅里放入油,将压碎的鸭蛋黄放入锅中炒,注意一定要小火!炒到起气泡,加少许水,千万不可多放!(加水的目的是蛋黄较干,稀释一下)。蛋黄已经有咸味了,加入少许盐和鸡粉,把事先焯好的南瓜倒入锅中均匀地翻炒,直到蛋黄全部沾满南瓜即可大功告成!
