螺蛳又名石螺,有清肝明目的功效。这段日子南京的街头随处可见卖五香螺狮的摊贩,煤炉上放一口黑色的大锅,在放上几个小矮凳,你从旁边路过的话,肯定会禁不住那诱人的香味,而坐下来食指大动的。到了晚上,夜市的摊贩们全部出动,点上一大碗五香螺狮,吃着烤羊肉串,就着啤酒那叫一个爽啊
