苏式蛋饺
天凉,似乎就感觉年关就要临近了,还有三十几天的光景,就要告别2009年。每到过年家家户户都会做蛋饺,象征着元宝,讨个好兆头,提前来点过年的气氛,正值MSW五周年,也希望借花献佛,送上苏式蛋饺 Z;H5c1y^P/i
这里是6只蛋的蛋液,大约十元左右的肉末,问楼下的阿婆借了做蛋饺的工具,开工啦

炉开小火,因为没有猪油,事先还得先入色拉油热下,这样做起来蛋皮容易掀起,易折
