咖喱牛肉饭

[color=purple]3、再加些水,放入土豆块。土豆块要切得适中,太大不好熟,太小在煮的过程中又会化掉。另,我煮的是三人份的咖喱,因此分量比较多,如果人数少得话,水和材料都不需要放那么多[/color]

[color=purple]7、咖喱块几乎全部融化的时候,把牛肉块放进去,不要放太早,不然牛肉容易老,稍微再煮一会,就[font="Times]ok[/font][/color]了,出锅前再尝一下,觉得味道淡可以稍微放些盐Lm4Z;EH)y

这个东西是好吃又好做,偶尔把牛肉换成鸡肉和猪肉试试,味道也不错

呵呵,其实没有咖喱,可以做红烧牛肉,然后浇在饭上,味道也不错的
