原料:鸡翅中翅根(也可用整鸡),土豆,尖椒,番茄,面粉,干辣椒,花椒,葱姜蒜8s,}&S(LB|&Q5j
调料:油,酱油,盐,鸡精,糖,番茄沙司,啤酒

做法(一次上齐,一会有步骤图)9q+vJ.a'm5F5V
1.先将面粉用温盐水和好,饧二十分钟(一定要用盐水)

2.鸡翅中翅根斩小块,土豆切滚刀块,尖椒番茄切块备用

3.锅内放油(可稍多放一些),凉油放入花椒干辣椒炸出香味(干辣椒事前用温水泡一下,然后用纸巾擦干,这样不会炸黑)

4.放入葱姜蒜炒一会转大火,油热放入鸡块翻炒-O:^xZ*B5c |([
5.鸡块变色后倒入啤酒,没过鸡块,大火煮开后小火炖20分钟q(n

6.此时可以把面团拿出来,揉匀揉透,揉的越匀面条越筋道'UK;m:X8L} wD_)}
7.面团擀成5mm厚的的面片,两面刷油,切成4-5cm宽的面片,覆上保鲜膜,饧二十分钟GRn&a0K$w
8.将土豆番茄快放入鸡翅中,继续小火炖20分钟(我买的是新土豆很容易面,如果是老土豆,就多炖十分钟)

9.放入青椒,少量番茄沙司(这样汤比较浓),盐,糖,鸡精,大火收汁3Kd#|*Q8t+Z
10.饧好的棉片捏住两头,两只手均匀用劲儿,上下摇晃,将面抻成宽的皮带面,直接入沸水煮熟aV6T ~a
11.煮好的面条过凉水放在盘子里,将收好汁的大盘鸡倒在上面即可(不要收的太干,多留些汤汁都可浸到面条里)2OU|d
