4.茄子切大约5cm 长 x 1cm 宽, 然后把它泡在盐水里. (这动作是边切边放进盐水, 原因是不要让茄子氧化而变黑) 0h!|`/A!K7P

6.可以开始了. 热锅, 加入大约两汤匙的食油. (烧茄子的油要比烧菜的油多一些, 没记错是茄子会吸油, 而且烧出的茄子口感比较美味)8L\QR!\;{@e3r
